Privacy policy
SceneRoute follows a data-minimization approach and avoids tracking visitors beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
Information processed
Affiliate click measurement records the link ID, display language, source page, and time. We do not store names, email addresses, or cookie identifiers in these click records. Hosting security logs may temporarily process information such as IP addresses to protect and operate the service.
Purposes
Information is used to measure placement performance, investigate invalid activity, maintain security, improve the service, and comply with law and partner terms. Click counts are not used for editorial assessment of events or artists.
External sites
Affiliate destinations may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. After leaving SceneRoute, the destination provider's privacy policy applies.
Administrator data
Administrator authentication is processed by Amazon Cognito. Editorial audit logs record the administrator identifier, changed item, before-and-after content, and timestamp.
Retention
Affiliate click records are retained only as needed for aggregation and invalid-activity review, and are deleted or converted to non-identifying aggregate counts within 13 months. Administrator audit records are retained as needed for editorial accountability and secure operation.
Corrections and deletion requests
Requests concerning corrections, data deletion, or privacy can be submitted through the contact page.
